Hi, Im Chris, I have been helping clients since 1993 and am passionate about both Hypnotherapy and general health care.
As well as being a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I`m also an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Prescriber. Giving me an indepth understanding about the physical as well as the psychological aspects of clients needs. Instead having the self-esteem and confidence to achieve your goals. Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness similar to states that you experience just before you fall asleep and shortly after you wake. In hypnosis you reach a state of deep relaxation, but have a heightened level of concentration and focused attention.
Many unwanted habits and sensations can be treated with Hypnosis, such as addictions to Smoking and Food, also unwanted behaviours such as fears and phobias.
